The Man Machine

The Universe is made of atomic particles. It is a fact proven by Scientists. But, people, who do not understand Science, say they will not believe in Atoms. Why?

They refuse to believe, because, they say we can not see Atoms by our naked eyes. They say we are humans, why should we believe in the photographs shown to us by machines. They say Photographs of Atoms and the MOVING electrons around their NUCLEUS are just depictions on the machine. They say, Machines and Photographic Interpretations done by the machines are not reliable. The Machine is something, they can not understand. Yet they work on these machines, namely COMPUTERS. I will try to prove the independent intelligence of machines, but for the time being, let me say that machines are built by human intelligence, and duplicate the learning processes of the human mind.

HOW CAN WE PROVE THE EXISTENCE OF ATOMS WITHOUT COMPUTERS ???

WE CAN, BOYS & GIRLS, WE CAN.

How does a human think. Pity you guys can't see your brain without computers, so we will make the explanations easier for the NON BELIEVERS.

How does a human think?
Thinking is a trait learned by practice. A child does not think as wisely as an adult. So thinking must be a trait that we have to practice to learn. Practice always takes you near perfection, whatever be the goal, you are practicing for.

How does the machine think?
A machine obeys commands given to it by thinking humans. eg. Punch a letter on the keyboard and the letter appears on your computer monitor screen.

Does it mean that the machine did not think before performing the above action?
If we can prove that the machine thought, along with the intelligent human, who punched the letter, on the computer keyboard, we can prove to the NONBELIEVERS that machines think. I mean, its such a simple thinking action - punch alphabet A on your computer keyboard, and the letter A appears on the computer monitor.

PROOF:
I have just typed the alphabet A.
What was the machine's intelligent contribution.

My eyes see A. I am not looking into a mirror. The machine knows how to draw an A. My eyes have practiced since pre-school to recognize the alphabet A. The machine has also learned to draw an A. The humans that programmed the machine taught the machine to draw an A. The machine learned from thinking, intelligent humans to draw an A. This is the basic proof of the machine's intelligence.

Human thinking is a program. You learn thinking from other intelligent humans. You are classified by the Scientists as Animate (Living Things).

Machine thinking is also a program. Machines learn to think also, from other intelligent humans. Machines are classified by Scientists as Inanimate (Non Living Things)

We are all really thinking things. Whether we are humans or machines, we can think. I think this I have proven to the satisfaction of all humans.

Do you fear Machine Wars? I really do not. Why?
Because, so far machines have behaved intelligently, the humans that program them to think, have really not created an intelligent machine, which wants to annihilate the human race.

Do you see dust particles?
Do you believe when religion preaches: We are born from dust, and to dust we will return.
We are born from dust, means we are basically transformed dusty matter. Transformation of matter is a fact that can be explained by the help of Science.
What I am saying is that Science is just another way to understand religious books.
What I am saying is that through Science, we can understand life around us.
If you wish to believe in GOD, you all can take the help of science. If you study science with an open mind, and are not afraid to discuss your opinions, you all can become GOD believers.
If an ordinary human like me can do it, so can you all.

Now, open your mind and see dust particles.
Cremate a body and all that remains is dust.
Do you see life in dust particles. Think how dust breeds Trees and other life.
Do you see with your eyes, that everything burnt becomes dust, and if a day comes that entire universe burns to dust, life would still remain. Because dust is life. You know it, I know it.
Now do you believe in the atoms in dust particles.

Believe. Its better to believe in something. Any thing. As long as you believe, you will be happy. This is one of my beliefs.
