Kya janu sajan, hoti hai kya dil ki shaam

Kanton se vaasta, sapno ka raasta

BATTLE OF WORK # 1 (Seed Program - Yes & No)

All intelligent life in the Universe has a basic seed program. It is (Yes) & (No). In binary digits the seed program can be expressed as (0) & (1).

Any thought that you have can be expressed as a 'Yes' or 'No'. eg: When you say "I hate you" all you are really saying is "No". Similarly when you say "I love you" all you are really saying is "Yes". Here's another set of examples: When someone says "Your work is extremely good" all he or she is really saying is a "big Yes". And when someone doesn't like your work and tears down the hard copy of your PPT Presentation, all he or she is really saying is "A Very Big No"

If you know how computer programming works, then you would also be aware that a software program is a series of  (0)s and (1)s. Here you can substitute 0's as "Yes" and 1's as "No", or vice versa.

If you have to make an intelligent program, you will need both 0's and 1's. It can't be all 0's or all 1's. This is the truth of computer programming. And this is also the truth of intelligent life. In other words, you can not expect anyone to say "Yes" to you all the time. Neither can you expect anyone to say "No" to you all the time. Because, just like computer programming, intelligent interaction between humans is only possible with a mix of both "Yes" and "No".

If you don't believe me, then think about it at leisure and you will find out the truth.

When applied to the work environment of anyone, either the employer or the employee, only when an equivalent transaction or "Yes's" and "No's" takes place, is there a possibility of a long term happy outcome.

If the employer gets more "NO's" from an employee than the amount of "YES's" the employer is giving to the employee. Then we all know the outcome, which is "You are fired". Similarly, if an employee is forced to give a lot of "YES's" to his employer, and in return the employee gets a lot of "NO's" from the employer, then also, we know of the outcome, which is "I Quit" or "I Resign".

We shall always endeavor to win in the "Battle of Work". Whether we are employers or employees, we should only try to remain in a work environment for as long as the "Yes's" and "No's" balance each other.

Who is the biggest "Yes" giver to the humanity. Wondering? Well there have been many. Lord Jesus Christ. Guru Krishna. Nabi Mohammed. Guru Nanak. Gautam Buddha. Mahavir Jain. And many more...

Who have been the biggest "No" givers to humanity. Again there have been many. Adolf Hitler. All the terrorists. All the rapists, etc.

Take your side in the "Battle of Work". I will continue to play, whichever side you choose. For I know the truth: "MANGAL BHAVAN AMANGAL HARI"

The Universe is the Machine

You are all Robots of Mother Universe

Why do robots fight robots

Because, the robots do not know the answer
